Everyone we hire ships production code or owns a function on day one. No layered approvals, no busywork. We trust judgement.
Full prevailing wage
We pay the full NOC band salary for your role. Equity is additive. No half salaries, no IOUs.
Self-hosted in Canada
Your code runs on Canadian soil, on infrastructure we operate ourselves, end to end. You will learn how a fully self-hosted production stack really works.
Calm and exacting
We ship measured releases, with public changelogs. No hero culture. No pager rotations off the back of bad design.

Swift, Expo, TypeScript, Python, Canadian-hosted inference, dedicated GPU racks. PulsarOS compression and encryption stack as our floor.

The roles we hire for.
We grow deliberately, when we find exceptional people. These are the five profiles we look for. If one reads like you, introduce yourself.
Senior iOS engineer
Own the Expo and Swift surface end to end: the camera, scan, and offline experience, the in-house email and password sign-in flow, Keychain custody, accessibility. Five plus years of shipped iOS work.
Computer vision and recognition engineer
Garment recognition, attribute extraction, efficient segmentation, embedding compression. Comfortable with PyTorch and CoreML. Quantisation experience a plus.
Backend engineer
TypeScript and Fastify on Canadian bare metal we operate ourselves. Postgres, nginx, systemd. You will run the production API end to end and own its reliability and security practice.
Product designer, iOS first
Persona-led UI, Apple HIG fluency, dynamic type, motion that respects reduce motion. Portfolio with shipped consumer iOS work required.
Founding operations lead
Finance, legal, partnerships, App Store relations, Quebec Law 25 compliance. You will be the operator who keeps the company shipped and clean.
