BrandsAI is the fashion-intelligence service of PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. (Corp #17777191, BN 730610631RC0001). Brands answers you, styles you and shows you in your pieces with the help of outside AI services. This document says what is sent to them, who they are, and what they may keep. It is part of your agreement with BrandsAI, beside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and you accept it in its own box in the app.
1, Why
Every answer, look, image and try-on in BrandsAI is made by an AI model. Our servers prepare each request and send it to the outside AI service that makes that kind of answer, then return the result to you.
2, What is sent
Only what a request needs: your words or your voice while you talk to Brands, the photos you take or choose for a request, pictures of the pieces of your wardrobe that the request uses, and what your profile says of you for that answer: your first name, the measurements and fit you gave, and your style, colour and brand preferences. Your email address, your password and your payment details are never sent.
3, To whom
Conversations, voice, styling, scans and images are processed by OpenAI. The live try-on preview is processed by Decart, for the length of a live session only. The photo try-on does not use Decart.
4, What they may keep
- OpenAI does not use what we send to train its models. It may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse, then deletes it.
- Decart, during a live try-on, receives your camera video and the pictures of the pieces you try. Under its terms, it may use them to improve its models. If you prefer that it does not, use the photo try-on, which does not use Decart.
We never send your data to either of them for advertising.
5, Your choice
The app asks for your agreement once, before anything is sent. Without it, Brands cannot answer you, because every answer is made this way. You can withdraw at any time by deleting your account in the app, or by writing to privacy@brandsai.ca. If these services or what they may keep change, we publish a new version here and ask you again in the app.
