Is BrandsAI free to use?
Yes. Brands Access is free and includes up to 50 wardrobe items, Brands Social, a daily allowance of Stylist conversations and photo scans, and three Brands Studio renders a day. Brands+ lifts the wardrobe cap and raises the Studio to 200 renders a day.
How does the yearly plan work?
On brandsai.ca, Brands+ is US$20 a month or US$200 a year. Twelve months at US$20 would be US$240, so the yearly plan is two months free. Both cycles include the same features. When the iOS application is on the App Store, the App Store will show its own price for your country.
How does payment work?
On brandsai.ca, payment runs through Stripe secure checkout and is billed by BrandsAI. When the iOS application is on the App Store, Brands+ will also be sold there through Apple In-App Purchase and billed by Apple. On brandsai.ca, Brands+ starts with a 7-day free trial. Brands Access is free forever, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to trial, and Enterprise is an annual contract agreed with us. You manage a brandsai.ca subscription in the app: Profile, Settings, Subscription. Once Brands+ is sold on the App Store, a subscription bought there is managed in your App Store account settings.
How do I cancel?
For a subscription bought on brandsai.ca: in the app, Profile, Settings, Subscription, Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep paid features until then. Once Brands+ is sold on the App Store, a subscription bought there is cancelled in your App Store account settings.
How do refunds work?
A subscription bought on brandsai.ca is billed through Stripe. We honour every refund right granted by your local consumer protection law: write to billing@brandsai.ca and a human will sort it out. Once Brands+ is sold in the iOS application, a subscription bought there is billed by Apple, and Apple handles its refunds under its policy.
What does Enterprise include?
